We are giving away cash prizes for using your Flatwater Bank mobile app!* Entering is easy! Every time you use your app on certain transactions during February and March, you’ll be entered to win. See below for a complete set of rules.

Four randomly selected $100 winners will be drawn during the promo period. Four $100 grand prize winners will be randomly selected at end of the promotion.
Timing/Description of Prize Drawings: The sweepstakes begin at 12:01 am CST on February 3, 2025 through 11:59 pm CST on March 30, 2025 (Promotion period).

Enter by U.S. Mail without using the app: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, and daytime and evening phone (including area code) on a 3.5” card, and mail with postage affixed to:

Entries must be received by the end of the qualifying period to be considered for that drawing. Each eligible letter will qualify as one (1) entry. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
Winner Selection:
Flatwater Bank will randomly select all prize winners from all entries received leading up to the drawing date (see above dates). Winners will be notified by phone or email and also posted on social media. Deposits into the winner’s account will be made within 10 days of drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize will be awarded to the checking account associated with the Flatwater Bank debit card. Flatwater Bank may issue a 1099 to winners.
By accepting a prize, winner consents to using his/her name, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. The name (and photograph, as applicable) of the prize winner may be posted in branch locations and included in other informational resources and advertisements such as the banks website, digital signage, social media, etc.
Terms and Eligibility Rules:
1.Must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or THE District of Columbia, who is 19 years of age or older as of November 15, 2024. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Flatwater Bank employees, spouses and directors and officers and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible, regardless of where they reside. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
2. If we are unable to contact any winner within a reasonable timeframe, the original winner will forfeit all winnings, and we will select a new winner.
3. Flatwater Bank reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest at any time.
4. Flatwater Bank is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any technical problems that prevent the contest from running as intended.
5. Entrants agree to release and hold Flatwater Bank harmless against any claim associated with the contest.
