We are giving away cash prizes for using your Flatwater Bank debit card! Entering is easy! Every time you use your debit card for a qualifying purchase between November 15 and December 31, 2024 you’ll be entered to win. See below for a complete set of rules.
How to make a debit purchase with your Flatwater Bank debit card:
- When making an in-person retail purchase, swipe or insert your debit card into the merchant’s debit card reader and be sure to select credit or debit, and either sign or enter your debit card pin if prompted.
- When making an in-person mobile wallet/digital wallet purchase, hold your smart device over the merchant’s near-field technology-enabled card reader to provide your payment information. Be sure your Flatwater Bank debit card is top of wallet in your device’s app to receive credit for that purchase being an entry into the contest.
- Pay with your Flatwater Bank debit card when making online purchases and making monthly payments such as Netflix, electric bills, etc.
- Link your Flatwater Bank debit card to your shopping and drive-thru apps such as Amazon, Walmart, McDonald’s and Wendy’s

Five randomly selected $100 - $250 winners will be drawn weekly during the promo period. Two $500 grand prize winners will be randomly selected at end of the promotion.
Timing/Description of Prize Drawings: The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am CST on November 15, 2024 through 11:59 pm CST on December 31, 2024 (Promotion period).

Entries must be received by the end of the qualifying period to be considered for that drawing. Each eligible letter will qualify as one (1) entry. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
Winner Selection:
Flatwater Bank will randomly select all prize winners from all entries received leading up to the drawing date (see above dates). Winners will be notified by phone or email and also posted on social media. Deposits into the winner’s account will be made within 10 days of drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize will be awarded to the checking account associated with the Flatwater Bank debit card. Flatwater Bank may issue a 1099 to winners.
By accepting a prize, winner consents to using his/her name, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. The name (and photograph, as applicable) of the prize winner may be posted in branch locations and included in other informational resources and advertisements such as the banks website, digital signage, social media, etc.
Terms and Eligibility Rules:
1. Both personal banking debit card transactions and business banking debit card transactions are eligible.
2. Payments under dispute are not eligible to win.
3. Payments from accounts that are no longer open or no longer in good standing at time of winner selection are not eligible to win.
4. Each Flatwater Bank debit card transaction will qualify as a separate and unique entry.
5. ATM transactions and account transfer activity do not qualify as entries.
6. If we are unable to contact any winner within a reasonable timeframe, the original winner will forfeit all winnings, and we will select a new winner.
7. Must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or THE District of Columbia, who is 19 years of age or older as of November 15, 2024. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Flatwater Bank employees, spouses and directors and officers and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible, regardless of where they reside. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
8. Each drawings eligible entries will be taken from Flatwater Bank debit card transactions that post and settle based on the schedule above.
9. Flatwater Bank reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest at any time.
