Beginning in June 2021, you will notice a new format to your Flatwater Bank account statement. To make it easier to track your finances, we’re introducing a new, fresh statement format for a more user-friendly experience. Watch your mail (or email if you receive online statements) for our updated personal and business account statements.
Your statement cycle dates will not change, however postal delivery times may impact the date you receive your paper statement. Want Your Statements Sooner? Online statements are available the next business day following your cycle closing date. No need to wait on the mail!
