How to Enter: 

• Mobile app automatic entry: Each day, all Flatwater Bank customers who sign in and use the Flatwater Bank mobile app between the dates of 2/1/2021 through 2/28/2021 will receive one entry to win. 
• As an alternative path for entry, participants may submit a mail-in ballot. Maximum of one submission per participant (name). Mail to:

2 - $100 Cash Prizes*

6 - $50 Cash Prizes*

Winner Selection:
Nine winners will be selected and announced by 3/5/2021, at random from among all eligible entries received during the entire promotion period.  The winners will be notified by telephone or email.  If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the award notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected.

Winners, by accepting a prize, agree that Flatwater Bank has the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format, online or offline.
