At Flatwater Bank, our goal is to provide you the best products and services to meet your banking needs. You should have received a communication alerting you to the fact that at least one of your accounts will be updated to a newer product offering.
We have selected the account most similar to your existing account. In many cases, the change is an enhancement; however, we believe our customers deserve a choice. Therefore, we want you to have the opportunity to review the change. See the guide below for details.
If you are comfortable with the new account we have selected, no action is needed. Beginning July 1, your account will automatically be converted. Your account number, checks, debit card, etc. will remain the same.
If you would like to select an alternative account, give us a call, or stop by before July 1, 2020 and we’ll be happy to help you make a selection which best fits your needs.
