Wire Instructions

Receiving a Wire:

If you are expecting a wire from somebody, give the following information to the sending individual or business. They will need to provide it to their financial institution. 

If the wire is coming from the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands), please use the instructions under the "Domestic" section.

If the wire is International, please use the instructions under the "International" section.

There is a fee for receiving a wire transfer. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for details.

Sending a Wire:

If you are sending a wire to an individual or business, have them contact their bank & get the bank's incoming wire instructions. Once that information is received, please provide that information to Flatwater Bank. At a minimum, the wiring instructions should include the following:

Destination Bank:
- Bank's Name
- Wire Routing Transit Number ***this is known as the routing number or ABA number

Recipient/Beneficiary:
- Name
- Address (including city, state, & zip)
- Account #

Cut-off Times (all Times CST): 
The following times represent when Flatwater Bank must have the wire request by in order to be sent. Please note, getting the wire request in before these cut-off times does not guarantee that the funds will be received by the recipient that same day.
