Mobile App Signup

Our mobile banking app is currently available for Android and Apple mobile devices (phone or tablet). The first step is to download our free app* titled "Flatwater Bank Mobile App" based on your phone type:

iPhone® - Go to the "App Store" application on your apple device. Once in the App Store search for "Flatwater Bank Mobile App". Once you see the app (see icon below) you can download it on your device. Depending on your settings, you may be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password. Once downloaded, the Flatwater Bank mobile app icon will be displayed on your device's desktop. Click on it to get started.

Android - Go to the Google Play Store app on your device. Search for the "Flatwater Bank Mobile App". Select it and touch it to install. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you have downloaded the app all you need to do is login using your Flatwater Bank Online Banking username and password. It's that easy! Use one login for both! Go to the app and login:

If you do not have access to Flatwater Bank's Online Banking, click here to register. If you do not have access to a computer or do not want to register for Flatwater Bank's Online Banking, click here for detailed instructions on setting up registration for the mobile app only.

From the mobile app you can do the following:
- Check available balances
- Pay bills and add payees
- View transaction history and check images
- View pending transactions**
- Transfer funds between accounts
- View/print statements
- Deposit checks using your phone's camera (learn more)
-Turn your Flatwater Bank debit card on/off in case it's lost or stolen
-Send alerts via email based on account transactions
-Find ATM based on your current location.

REGISTRATION (without using Flatwater Bank's Online Banking). Follow these steps to get registered and start using the app:
  • select "new user" from the main screen of the app
  • in the next screen select "Let's Get Started"
  • You will now need to provide contact information (including social security number) in order to set-up a user name and password in the application. Your username will be required each time your login to the application. It can be any length as long as there are no spaces. Your password must be 8 characters and a combination of letters and numbers.
  • Once your username, password and basic user information is set-up you will be taken through a series of security questions in order to verify your identity. The answers to these "out of wallet" questions is information you should know but that is not readily available to criminals who may be attempting identity theft.
  • Once your identity is verified and registration is successful you will be prompted to choose the accounts you would like accessible on the mobile application.
  • Next, you can choose "alias" names for the accounts you choose. Don't worry, if you don't know your account numbers and want to change account names later, you can do that once you are using the application.
  • Now you will see the application. You will be taken to the account dashboard.

**Pending consumer mobile deposits will not show. Transactions will appear when processed at the end of the business day.
